Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Miami Beach. The ocean queen suite was updated with a fridge and microwave. The location was great and perfect, in a beautiful area, convenient to go everywhere...

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a few steps away from the beach. My room was surprisingly spacious and newly furnished, offering a wonderful view and even a comfortable couch.

The location is marvellous and perfect, with a beautiful area and a short walk to the pier, Beach Bar restaurant, and the airport. The room was extremely spacious and had a private bathroom.

I didn't like the location of the room, I booked a SUPERIOR double room with a view of the city. the view was to a ceiling, where the window was only a fixed window covering only the top of the wall that faced a dirty ceiling. glass in that window was VERY dirty, I asked the front desk to clean it and answer was that it was cleaned once a week(? I was staying from one Friday to another Friday and it was not cleaned at any time. There is an extra charge per resort (20 dollars). I think that for the use of deck chairs (in very bad condition) and towels for the beach (also old and broken) when you arrive at the beach there are staff of the hotel that do not help or to unlock a deck chair from the mountain of deck chairs, not to mention that they collaborate in locating them, I went with a friend, fortunately always someone helped us to drag the deck chair to the beach area, payment for the umbrella of 15 dollars seems to me excessive. You can't tell it's not very well maintained.

This place is a trendy new spot with amazing food, friendly staff even at 11 pm including a manager, spacious and modern rooms, a fantastic restaurant, and a beach bar onsite.

The location is magnificent, within easy walking distance of Marshalls Department Store.

I loved that it was fairly clean and straightforward, the staff were helpful and rooms were gorgeous. I was there for 3 nights and ate at poolside restaurant for breakfast and another for dinner.

The views were awful.

It's a wonderful hip new hotel with incredibly nice staff. "The rooms are reasonably spacious in the bathroom tub. "The location is marvellous and perfect in a beautiful area, near a beautiful beach where chairs, umbrellas, and cabanas are readily available from the friendly attendants. "Aventura shopping Mall and shopping stores and restaurants are nearby. "Milam's Market is a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

I found the hotel chaotic, hall always full and noisy, smelling of food from restaurants and queues at the counters, cleanliness left much to be desired. In the room they practically only made the beds, carpets were left with crumbs and food scraps, they didn't clean the little tables etc. In the bathroom after the cleaning, there was sand and hair remains and we even saw cockroaches. At the time of the check in we were given 2 rooms that were not recycled and we wanted to change hotels. Nothing to do with the photos published on the internet. After a quite long discussion we managed to move the next day to the renovated rooms that correspond to what was published on the internet, even though one had a sea view in the reserve they gave us 2 with a partial view. sofa bed still had a bad mattress and was not put in a horizontal position, leaving the head part always higher. We had to put blankets under the mattress to try and level it out. staff at the counters is not very friendly, they seem to be outdone by the general chaos. price related to Miami is relatively contained but in other cities of the world (including New York for those sums the category is much, much higher) what worked was the valet parking and beach.

The idea that a dog slept on 'my' bed still disgusts me daily. I find it dirty that dogs are kept in a hotel room. FILTHY!!

The place was clean and the staff was welcoming and helpful.

The hotel is located in a very good area, which is very safe, with convenience stores practically in front of the hotel. The hotel has the beach right in its backyard which is perfect, and next to it a very nice dock with a good restaurant to enjoy a good dinner or lunch. The rooms are not luxurious but they are fair for the price paid. The bathroom was clean, the beds were ok, but for the sofa bed there were no blankets. The swimming pool was fine, and for the beach there were chairs. There was a bar at the pool as well as inside the bar with a variety of drinks. I had some restaurants that I can't talk about because I didn't visit them as well as the gym. The hotel I recommend for its location and price.

The rooms could perhaps be better remodeled with a more modern touch. The mini fridge for some reason stopped working. It would be a good idea if they had extra blankets.
